BRAD GERSTMAN, CHOSEN TO JUDGE NATIONAL APPELLATE COURT COMPETITION FOR THE SECOND YEAR IN A ROW

From beauty pageants to moot court, Brad is a judge with wide-ranging jurisdiction.  Brad Gerstman, Esq. will be judging the American Bar Association Appellate Court Competition again.

The American Bar Association Law Student Division National Appellate Advocacy Competition emphasizes the development of oral advocacy skills through a realistic experience.

Competitors participate in a hypothetical appeal to the United States Supreme Court. The competition involves writing a brief as either respondent or petitioner and then arguing the case in front of the mock court.

Brad will serve as a judge for the National Appellate Court Competition, held at the US District Court in Brooklyn on Friday, February 20, 2015 (3:30pm-7:45pm).
